About Bluewave Swift

"Leeds City Council and Education Leeds are pleased to be working in partnership with Bluewave on this exciting and ambitious programme. The process of school improvement does not start or stop with school self-evaluation but we see the ongoing development and use of the Bluewave SWIFT school self-evaluation tool as an important part of this process.

The framework, which has been developed with schools in Leeds, helps users to establish a common language and shared understanding around school improvement. The Partnership between Education Leeds, Leeds City Council and Bluewave is committed to this important project. As we move into this new phase of sharing the development with other Local Authorities and schools nationally we will continue to work with all users to ensure that together we build brilliant learning places where every child and every young person can be happy, healthy, safe and increasingly successful, whatever it takes."
