Schools Financial Value Standard (SFVS)
Those schools which never attained FMSIS will be expected to complete and submit the Schools Financial Value Standard (SFVS) to their local authority by 31 March 2012 and conduct an annual review thereafter. For all other schools, SFVS must be completed and submitted to their local authority by 31 March 2013 with an annual review thereafter.
