Try out our interactive version of the Priority Analysis area within Bluewave.SWIFT: School Edition
Priority Analysis serves as a school's first step in SWIFT. Leadership teams can quickly evaluate where their school's strengths and weaknesses lie, and then use that knowledge to form a School Development Plan. More in-depth evaluation with documentary evidence can be entered into Plans and Reports.

Bluewave SWIFT has won a BETT Award in the category of Supporting Institutional Leadership and Management Solutions
At the heart of Bluewave.SWIFT is a comprehensive Quality Standards Framework (QSF) by which you can Self-Evaluate. We have developed a short interactive version of our Priority Analysis, which will enable you to gain an understanding of how SWIFT can work for your school.
Our aim is to enable you to try an aspect of the system without having to make a financial commitment. To this end we have created two users, Jane Clarke and John Smith, and you can enter evaluation scores for each (to switch between the two please click on the 'Project Users' tab).
The Priority Analysis can be used by any group of staff but consider how your SLT, for example, might evaluate against any or all of the Framework in order to arrive at a consensus for development plan priorities.
Once completed, the analysis provides a comparison of your overall scores; a great starting point for any discussion at the start of your strategic planning cycle. To see the analysis, once your evaluation as John Smith and Jane Clarke have been added please click on the 'Project History' tab.
The QSF is continually updated to cover the full spectrum of school improvement criteria; in terms of completing the 'taster' Priority Analysis please click on one of the seven 'taster' hyperlinked sub-headings.
